Reviews & Our Verified-Review Policy

We help Aspen University nursing students find a qualified, specialty-matched preceptor and an approved field-experience site. We are a new, independent service, so instead of posting reviews we cannot stand behind, we want to be honest about exactly how we handle them.

Why you won't see a wall of testimonials yet

Many websites greet you with dozens of glowing quotes and a perfect star rating. We are deliberately not doing that. aspenpreceptor.com is new, and we would rather show you nothing than show you something invented.

We do not publish star ratings, we do not write fake testimonials, and we do not embed review schema to manufacture a rating in search results. If a quote ever appears on this page, it came from a real Aspen University student we actually assisted, nothing else.

This matters because the decision in front of you is real. Aspen students consistently report that finding a preceptor on their own can drag on for months, because the search is largely left to the student. A choice like that deserves honest information, not marketing theater.

Our verified-review policy

A review only goes on this page after we confirm it came from a student we helped. We verify that the person worked with us, we keep their words in their own voice, and we publish with their permission. We do not edit a review to make it more flattering, and we do not pay for or incentivize feedback.

We also will not attach a numeric or star rating to this service, and we will not use review markup to display one. When we have enough verified experiences to share, you will see them here clearly, with the program and specialty context that makes them useful, and nothing we cannot back up.

To be completely clear about who we are: aspenpreceptor.com is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Aspen University. We assist with the placement process; we never guarantee a placement, and we will never pretend otherwise.

What we actually help with

So you can judge any future review in context, here is what we do. We work with Aspen BSN, RN-to-BSN, MSN, RN-to-MSN, and DNP nursing students. For programs with a preceptor requirement, we offer two pillars: sourcing a real preceptor and an approved in-person site, or arranging a remote preceptor through our virtual practicum service.

For MSN and RN-to-MSN students, that means a 120-hour, specialty-matched practicum across Forensic Nursing, Informatics, Administration & Management, Nursing Education, and Public Health. We also walk students through Aspen's Office of Field Experience paperwork and the practicum approval steps.

An honest review of our work would describe these things, matching, site approval, and process guidance, because that is the work we do.

Share your experience, or start yours

If we have already helped you, we would be grateful if you shared an honest account, positive or critical. Reach out through our contact page and, with your permission, your verified words may appear here to help the next Aspen student.

If you are still searching, that is exactly what we are here for. Tell us your program and specialty, and we will work to match you with a qualified preceptor and an approved site. You only pay when matched, so the risk of reaching out is nothing, and the months you might save are real.
